Join Our Team as an E-Coach!

As an E-coach, you’ll connect with people who visit our website and social media platforms. Many are searching for hope, asking life’s big questions, or exploring what it means to follow Jesus. Some may decide to commit—or recommit—their lives to God, while others may be wrestling with doubts or pain. Every message you respond to is an opportunity to show Christ’s love.

Whether you’re guiding someone through an online course, praying for them, or simply having a brief chat, your presence matters.

People who:

• Are 18 years or older.

• Have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

• Are part of a local church or Christian fellowship.

• Pray regularly for those they interact with.

• Respond to online contacts in a timely and caring way.

• Respect confidentiality and handle every conversation with discretion.

• Commit to participating in the (online) training and occasional coaching or regional meetings.

• Can volunteer approximately 2 hours per week.

• Have access to a good computer or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.

• Have strong English writing and typing skills. (Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, or other Indian languages is a plus—but not required.)

We provide a mandatory basic training to get you started. You’ll never be alone—our team is here to support you whenever questions arise.
