Faith isn’t just belief, it is action.

Today marks the final day of our series on ‘Believing Without Seeing’, but my prayer is that this journey doesn’t end here. May this not just be a theme we studied for a few days, but a lifestyle we continue to live—one of deep trust, bold faith, and quiet confidence in the unseen. I want to wrap up with one of my all-time favourite stories from the Bible—one that’s been close to my heart since childhood. It’s the story of Noah (Genesis 6-9)!
As a kid, I loved the idea of a giant boat filled with animals, floating safely above a flooded world. But as I’ve grown older, I’ve come to see that Noah’s story isn’t just a sweet children’s tale—it’s a powerful testimony of faith, obedience, and courage in the face of the unknown.
Noah’s faith wasn’t just belief—it was action. And that’s what makes this story so deeply inspiring.
To everyone around him, Noah must have looked foolish. Yet he wasn’t building based on what he saw—he was building based on what he heard from God.Can you imagine God asking you to build an igloo in the scorching heat of Rajasthan’s desert? Or telling you to launch a snow-jacket business in the lush, humid state of Kerala?
It sounds absurd, doesn’t it? That’s precisely how Noah’s assignment must have felt.
Hebrews 11:7 tells us that “By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark”
Before Noah’s time, it had never rained, let alone flooded (Genesis 2:5-6). Even though Noah had no idea what rain was 🤯, he trusted God when He told him it was coming.
We, too, are often asked to build during our dry season. We may not see the rain, the breakthrough, or the provision, but God calls us to prepare in faith.
Faith isn’t about evidence we can see; it’s about trusting the One who sees beyond.
You might be in a “dry land” season right now, but don’t let that stop your obedience. God honours those who listen and act on His voice. So keep building—keep trusting.
