Believe in His goodness when life feels unfair.

Publication date Sep 22, 2025

In a world that demands proof, it's easy to think that seeing is believing. Now that is a flop idea if you believe in Jesus, and it’s time to flip it. 🔄

We crave visible signs, instant answers, and tangible reassurance before we trust anything or anyone. Thomas, one of Jesus’ disciples, felt the same way. He wanted to see Jesus risen from the dead with his own eyes before he could believe it.

And Jesus, in His grace, met Thomas where he was. But then Jesus made a powerful statement — not just to Thomas, but to every believer who would come after him:

Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” – John 20:29

I encounter many believers drawn to churches and preachers who prioritise miracles, signs, and wonders. I get it, because it is way easier to trust a God who does what we long for.

However, that approach misses the mark of true faith, which often means holding on to God’s promises, even when we can’t see any visible evidence

Faith is:

  • believing in His goodness when life feels unfair,
  • trusting in His presence when He feels distant, and
  • hoping in His power when circumstances seem unchanged.

Jesus acknowledges that believing without seeing is not only possible, but it’s also blessed

There is a special grace poured out on those who walk by faith and not by sight. Your trust in Him, even in the silence, in the waiting, matters deeply to God.

If you're in a season where nothing seems to be changing — the healing hasn’t come, the breakthrough feels far off, the answer seems delayed — remember this: God is still working.

He sees the tears you cry in private, the prayers you whisper in the dark, and the hope you keep alive when everything tells you to give up.

Today, would you dare to believe even when you don’t see? Would you choose to take God at His word, even if your circumstances stay the same for a while?

Hey! You are a Chamatkar.
