God is powerful… in His faithfulness
Faithfulness is becoming increasingly rare. With the rise of online dating and temptations around every corner, stories of betrayal and abandonment are sadly common.
“Many claim to have unfailing love, but a faithful person who can find?” – Proverbs 20:6
Faithfulness isn’t just rare; it’s divine. King David recognised and experienced God’s faithfulness, saying, “Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.” – Psalm 37:25
friend, do you know how God proves His faithfulness towards you?
- By keeping His promises (Hebrews 10:23)
- By committing to stay by your side all the days of your life (Matthew 28:20)
- By remaining dedicated to you (Hebrews 13:5)
- By establishing an everlasting covenant with you (Isaiah 61:8)
- By remaining constant despite, perhaps, your unfaithfulness (2 Timothy 2:13)
- By forgiving you (1 John 1:9)
Have you ever been wounded by unfaithfulness, friend? Do you carry the scars of betrayal, neglect or abandonment? Today, God wants to remind you of His unwavering faithfulness to you!
“The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” – Deuteronomy 31:8
You can always count on Him, friend. God will never forget you. His love for you will never grow cold. His commitments to you are eternal. He will never let you down.
I invite you to pray with me…“Heavenly Father, thank You for being faithful to me, even when I fall short. Thank You for continuing to be good and keeping all Your promises to me. I ask Your forgiveness for being inconsistent at times, and I need Your help to become more like You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
