Now faith is the substance of things hoped for
Hello, I am Jenny ππΌβοΈ and today, it’s my turn to introduce myself π
You already know that I’m married to Cameron, but here are a few more fun facts about me. I’ve lived on 3 different continents and in 4 countries. Although I spent eight years in India, my Hindi is still embarrassingly poor π. I’m nearly 6 feet tall and blonde - I once had a little girl in India exclaim, “Look, it’s a Barbie Doll!” π€£I was a lawyer and a business owner before I became the band manager for Yeshua Ministries. Now, I’m also a full-time mom and co-author of Chamatkar Every Day with my husband.
Cameron and I lived in India before moving to the USA, where Cameron worked as a worship pastor. We now reside in the Netherlands—my homeland. Despite this, our hearts remain deeply connected to South Asia; I might be Dutch on paper, but dil se desi hoon π«Άπ».
Our wedding verse was Hebrews 11:1 – “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. Little did we know that this verse would become a cornerstone for our family.
In 2020, we faced our greatest trial when our 10-month-old son, Zac, fell critically ill with a brain infection. To this day, he remains severely disabled, and we continue to have faith and believe in a miracle of complete healing.
Through this journey, we’ve learned to praise God in all circumstances—whether travelling the world with the gospel or weeping by our son’s hospital bed, whether singing and dancing on stage with thousands of people or enduring sleepless nights on tear-soaked pillows.
We could not have walked this road without the support of others, and now Cameron and I are honored to come alongside you on your faith journey and send you daily encouragement!
