Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight.

A few months ago, there was a video that went viral of a man and a woman who were caught cheating at a Coldplay concert. They were embracing each other, but when the camera came on them, they quickly turned their faces in embarrassment. But it was too late, and their secret affair was exposed to the whole world.
It reminded me of what Jesus said:
“There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs.” - Luke 12:2-3
Sometimes it feels like people “get away” with a lot of bad things. There is so much injustice in the world, and it can feel as though the bad guys never get caught or the truth never comes out.
But God sees it all.
In the book of Jonah, we see this play out in a personal way. Jonah tries to run away from God and His direct command, thinking he can hide on a boat and outrun the will of God. But God sends a storm, and the truth is revealed (Jonah 1:7-12).
Nothing escapes God’s attention.
Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. – Hebrews 4:13
Have you ever been on the receiving end of injustice? Someone mistreated you and got away with it? You were blamed for something you didn’t do? You witnessed misconduct, but no one would believe you?
Surrender your frustrations to God. He knows. He sees. Trust that in His right time, He will bring truth to light and justice to bear.
You are not forgotten. And your pain has not gone unnoticed.
